We send only the very best deals we find straight to your email so you don’t have to deal with the stress of the search process. You also have the convenience of logging in and viewing flight deals here on our website. If you sign up for our Turbo Jet membership, in addition to receiving flights deals, you will have the ability to request custom flights to be found for any upcoming trip you’re planning. What makes Fly Ally better than other flight deal sites?
We find exceptionally low flight prices and make sure that you find out about them before they expire. We also offer more membership options than our competitors and a custom quote option. However, unlike traditional travel agents, we don’t work on commission. We rather pass the savings on to you, which is how we can offer flights at up to an 85% discount.
Is it free?

How many emails should I expect to receive?
It depends on how many great deals are available at any given time. On average, around 35 deals per month are sent out to members of our Airliner and Turbo Jet memberships. Members subscribed to our free Paper Plane membership only receive 35% of all deals we find. We only send out phenomenal deals, so you can rest assured that we won’t waste your time or clutter up your inbox with average fares.
Are your deals in the U.S. only?
Nope! We find flight deals with destination/departure points all over the world.
Can you help me find a flight deal to ___________?

I signed up. Why am I not receiving any emails?
Sometimes emails end up in the spam folder or in Gmail’s “Promotions” tab. Please check there and then reach out to us if you’re still not receiving them. You can contact us here.

How do I book a flight?
When you find a deal on our site that you love, all you have to do is follow the links given, which will direct you to the airline’s website. From there, you will be guided through the purchasing process.
How can I cancel or change my flight reservation?
When you book a flight, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the flight details from the airline provider. Canceling and changing flight reservations are to be handled through the airline directly.
Why do the flight fares sometimes not match what was written in the listing?
If the deal was a price mistake, chances are airlines will catch the mistake quickly and try to change the airfare back to its original fare. Other times, airlines tend to adjust flight fares based on demand. If there is a good flight deal, it is likely a lot of seats are going to be booked immediately for that specific flight. The fewer seats available, the more the airfare prices increase. This is why it’s important to book your flight deals as soon as you see them. Also, become a Airliner or Turbo Jet member and you will receive priority notice of flight fare alerts.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on whichever you choose. Stripe uses 256-bit SSL security and PayPal uses 2048-bit SSL security.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. Once your 2-week free trial expires for your PRO or VIP membership, we charge your credit card for the annual membership plan you have chosen ($24.99/year for the PRO membership and $34.99 for the VIP membership). Once you are signed up, sit back and enjoy your flight deals for the next 12 months.
What if I need to change my credit card information?
You can change credit your credit card information at any time in your Account page under the Subscriptions tab. Just click the “Update” link and enter your preferred card’s information.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however, if you decide at any time that you want to cancel your membership, you can do so in your Account page and you will not be charged for the following year.
What if I want to change my membership plan?
You can upgrade your membership at any time and the charge to your credit card will be balanced automatically! In order to upgrade, click on Account > Subscriptions > Change Plan or just click on the signup page in the main menu to choose your preferred membership option.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
There is an option in the Subscriptions tab of your Account page to cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the following calendar year.
